Registration 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.  Location: Auditorium, Coronado Center (150 Ponderosa Lane) Hot Springs Village, AR 71909  Pre-registration is $30 (workshop only); lunch will be available for $10.00.   • Books in Bloom: a Garden Party Celebration for Writers and Readers has been established by the Carroll and Madison Public Library Foundation to promote the value of books and reading. The Festival provides an opportunity for the public to meet authors and to hear them speak about their work and various aspects of writing and publishing.
  • LAURA is speaking in THE CONSERVATORY some time between Noon and 3PM.  Book signing by all Authors will be in the Crescent Gardens.
